Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
BEVERLY GROVE—LA-based designer Jeremy Scott will be appearing at the Adidas store at 8009 Melrose Avenue this Saturday from 6 to 8pm to meet fans and to preview his latest collab with the brand. Show up to see (and shop) Scott's JS Wings 2.0 (high tops with wings on the sides), Music Notes track jacket and more—there will also be tunes by Kesh and a champagne bar. [Racked Inbox]
RUMORVILLE—This is curious: a commenter left word on our Kooples to LA post about another French brand that may be planning its own LA boutique. Writes an anonymous Racked reader: "I did read that there should be a freestanding Sandro [store]." Does anyone have more info? [Racked Comments]
CITYWIDE—Lest you forget, Marni for H&M is dropping tomorrow morning. H&Ms carrying the collection will be opening at 8am, but shoppers will be lined up hours earlier. If you're planning on being one of them, read our LA Marni x H&M shopping guide for tips; if you're not, check this space for liveblogs from the scene. [The Management]
