Similar to Fig & Olive's Italian-style fête with Fendi last year, the Melrose Place eatery recently teamed up with another fashion house to host a night of style and cuisine. In honor of the restaurant's one-year anniversary, last night they invited their neighbors at the Chloé boutique to stage a runway show for guests to pair with their French-inspired meals.
During the course of the evening, attendees (more local foodies and bloggers, less celebrities) were treated to two fashion shows at 8:30 and 10pm, showcasing a handful of looks from Chloé's spring/summer collection. The event also featured clips of the French label's fashion week shows projecting on the walls.
Since people seem to really get a kick out of Fig & Olive's fashion-inspired festivities, perhaps Isabel Marant will throw their welcome party there when they officially move in a few doors down.
