Rainbow Brite Goes Grunge in LF's Spring Lookbook

New, 1 comment

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Rave, surf, grunge, prep, punk, goth: LF's latest lookbook really has something for everyone. As a salutation to spring, the trendy retailer presents a collection of creative looks to sport as you partake in various outdoor activities, such as eating ice cream and riding golf carts. To complement rainbow-happy items like crop tanks and denim vests, the shoot features tons of statement shoes (keep your eye out for the color-laced tranny platforms) and even statement eyebrows (neon orange, anyone?).

There's also a hint of sportwear via baseball caps and some top-buttoned collar action for the Alexa Chung wannabes. Like we said: something for everyone. Flip through the gallery for some seasonal style inspo, and hit up LF on Robertson (106 S. Robertson Blvd) or Larchmont (133 N. Larchmont Blvd) to shop them.
