Although Mila Hermanovski was cast off both Season 7 of Project Runway and the first season of Project Runway All-Stars, that hasn't deterred the 42-year-old designer from doing what she loves. This week, the LA native showed her MILA fall 2012 collection at Vibiana, which featured heavy doses of proportion play, asymmetrical hemlines, cut-out details, and new silhouettes.
According to WWD, the range was inspired by "Fifties Op Art and California conceptualism." The esteemed trade journal also deemed the designer's latest effort both "chic and wearable."
In other Hermanovski news, we happened upon this little nugget that reveals that the designer is contributing to the highly-anticipated Star Trek sequel. Not too shabby.
