Prices for vintage clothes and accessories will range from $30 to $3,000; vendors include Siren Vintage, NEW/FOUND and Adorevintage. SANTA MONICA—Bloomingdale's and surf shop Lightning Bolt are coming together to throw a Surf Bash tomorrow at Bloomies Santa Monica Place from 4 to 6pm.
