BEVERLY HILLS—When we broke the news of Intermix's soon-to-open Brentwood Country Mart location, we surmised that competitor Scoop would be following in Intermix's footsteps with a host of new LA stores (Scoop is also planning a Country Mart-adjacent location to open soon). From an interview with new Scoop CEO Susan Davids, it sounds like we were right. Intermix has a Beverly Hills location in the works and Davids reveals, "It’s no secret we’re also looking in Beverly Hills." There's no word on where, exactly, Scoop will land in the neighborhood, but we'll keep you posted. [WWD; Previously]
THE GROVE—Shed Media, the company that produces The Real Housewives of New York, is on the lookout for super shoppers—you know, the type that camps out overnight for a Marni for H&M bib or wakes up at 2am to be first in line for the Barneys Warehouse Sale. They'll be on the scenes at the Diane von Furstenberg for GapKids release at The Grove this Thursday casting for their new pilot about "turbo" shoppers; if you're not planning on hitting it, you can still email email@example.com for more info.
