We've spotted Beth Goodman's chicly understated Marie Turnor clutches at boutiques all over the city, so it wasn't surprising to learn (via WWD) that the designer's doing pretty well these days. Sales of the two-year-old line, inspired by a stylish woman Goodman spotted in Paris carrying a simply brown paper lunch sack, doubled in 2011. [WWD]
