DOWNTOWN—If you're a last-minute type, you'll be happy to know that the LA Flower District will be, according to an email sent out by LA Fashion District BID, "extending its hours for Valentine's Day starting this week, with select vendors open 24 hours." The holiday schedule for the California Flower Mall is Thursday, February 9 and Friday, February 10 from 4am to 6pm; Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12 4am to 11pm; Monday, February 13 open 24 hrs; closing Tuesday, February 14 at 6pm. Other flower vendors are expected to be open late on the days leading up to the holiday. [Racked Inbox]

WEST HOLLYWOOD—Now that the Jason Wu buying binge is over, either shoppers are returning impulse purchases or stores are restocking—or both. A tipster emails, "Hey there...I returned several size 4 dresses this morning at Target West Hollywood and there was still quite a bit of the clothing part of the collection available. Thought you and all the dedicated Racked LA fans would be happy to hear it!" [Racked Inbox; Previously]

ONLINE—LA brand Blood is the New Black is getting into the Valentine's Day mood with a special sale. Through Friday, February 10 you can save 50% on any red, pink or purple tees with the code "Lovebites." [Racked Inbox]
