We're almost done talk about the Oscars, really. During some obligatory post-show browsing, we came across an interesting feature on beauty blog Into the Gloss wherein celebrity stylist Kate Young revealed how she prepped her dream clients Michelle Williams and Natalie Portman for the big day.

Some insightful tidbits from the feature: Portman's 1954 spring couture Dior dress was a last-minute decision and needed zero alterations, Williams' minimalist makeup was inspired by Raf Simons' final Jil Sander show, Portman had her hair styled by the same guy who cut her hair for The Professional, Young went on a hike with Portman day-of and then they ate a "giant mushroom pasta" (she eats!) cooked by Portman's husband, and Young and Williams' BFF Busy Phillips contemplated getting funny nude portraits done at Silverlake's ReForm School.
