Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

Ariana Lambert Smeraldo launched exquisite floral company Lily Lodge in 2005. Her flowers are hand-selected from the finest local and worldwide growers and her client list is a who's who of Hollywood, including Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Kate Holmes, Cate Blanchett and Rachel Zoe. When she's not adorning their homes with her elegant arrangements (as well as serving on the board at both LACMA and LAXART), she checks out The Framing House Design in Chinatown, her best kept framing-expert secret?until now.
"The Framing House Design in Chinatown on Broadway is THE BEST (and the cheapest) framers in LA. Being a budding collector, I am there almost weekly! I would maybe save the Rothkos for someone a bit more high-end, however LAXART and other major galleries and artists use it regularly. Even though they don't have many color choices, they are extremely accommodating."
