Although the Monday after the Oscars is typically dedicated to post-big-show fashion, we mustn't forget about the eye candy of that other, more laidback, awards ceremony that occurs on Saturday: the 2012 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
In the spirit of ISA's notoriously chill vibe, it seems as though the easiest way for stars to let their hair down was to hike up their hemlines—and it worked. Zoe Saldana rocked a floral Balmain minidress, Michelle Williams wore a Louis Vuitton tuxedo shorts suit, and Kirsten Dunst opted for a Dolce & Gabbana LBD and blazer combo.
On another note, in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it detail, Williams completed her look with a cool clutch by French accessory designer Olympia Le-Tan that was made to look like JD Salinger's classic novel, The Catcher in the Rye. We're quickly becoming big fans of Kate Young's styling wizardry.
