Yesterday, Lucky Brand officially unveiled their new Downtown HQ with a press conference that included remarks from politicos—LA mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and councilmember José Huizar—and Lucky Brand execs Dave DeMattei and Patrick Wade.

The 46,200-square-foot two-story building, constructed on what was a vacant lot on Santa Fe Ave, was carefully designed to represent the brand's aesthetic. The decor includes patterned tile floors, hand-painted rugs, oversize leather chairs and raffia walls. There's also a patio lounge for taking in the SoCal sun. All in all, it doesn't sound like a bad place to work.
