Los Angeles has more stores than anyone could physically tackle, but somehow we always keep returning to the usual suspects. To break out of the rut, we've asked some local shopping and fashion gurus to provide their hidden retail gems—those unique stores around LA that we might not all know about. Cue the Beatles: We're about to get a little help from our friends.

Anastasia Soare has been called The Definitive Eyebrow Expert, but most people only know her by her first name. Her Beverly Hills salon, the clientele of which includes Oprah, Madonna and Naomi Campbell, is where the A-list goes to get their brows tended to. In addition to her hands-on work, Anastasia's developed a collection of cosmetics including lip liners, lipsticks, foundations and brow products. When she's shopping for herself, she heads to Black Market on Sawtelle Boulevard.
"One of my favorite gems in Los Angeles is in Little Osaka and it's called Black Market. It's a lifestyle boutique that boasts some seriously good taste. We expect great things season after season from our favorite designers but I love a place that introduces me to new lines and artists. This showcase of progressive culture also hosts art exhibits and promotes new talent as well. It's the perfect place to add some street cred to my wardrobe."
