DOWNTOWN—Joining Tarina Tarantino's Sparkle Factory Downtown will be Lucky Brand. The label, owned by Liz Claiborne Fifth & Pacific, is opening a new HQ on what was an empty plot of land at 540 South Santa Fe between the historic 4th and 6th Street bridges. According to a release, the offices will bring 250 jobs to the city. [Racked Inbox]
