When LA-based designer Barbara Tfank gave us an exclusive peek at her fall 2012 inspiration, our ears perked up when she said that the collection's style muse was '60s yé-yé star Sylvie Vartan and couldn't wait to see how the influence would translate. Much to our delight, Tfank's NYFW presentation yesterday was chock-full of models rocking the French singer's signature strawberry blond bob.
As for the designs, looks were timeless Tfank and featured tons of sophisticated partywear options for Mrs. Obama or even Kate Middleton (we'd love to see the princess rock that bob, too).
