Just when we were getting into the seasonal spirit of vegging out, Equinox comes along to remind us that hot bodies don't take holidays. The luxury fitness company has just released an intense new video demonstrating the first-ever synchronized Pilates movement session, and it stars five of their LA-based fitness instructors.

Set in a rainbow-lit room and shot from aerial view, national Pilates training manager Carrie Macy along with Christine Bullock, Ashley Hoffman, Lesley Logan and Kathleen Mangan work the reformer to the sounds of techno tunes. Working out would be way more exciting if the gym was staged like a rave, no?
