When the full lookbook for Maison Martin Margiela for H&M was released a few months back, we were surprised at how high the collection was priced. It seems that the cost exceeded the demand: Shopping blogger Handbag Honey reports that pieces like the scarf top (originally $149) have been knocked down to just $10 while the men's camel trench coat (originally $199) and the women's Lucite heels (originally $299) are a mere $30.

Other jaw-dropping slashes: the hitched-up red dress is now $20 (down from $199), and the horizontal dress is marked $15 from $199. If you're interesting in shopping the recently-reduced collection, HH says that the Century City store trumps the Americana at Brand location as far as selection goes.

Have, as our sister site posited, these collaborations jumped the shark? Or was this one just too damn expensive?
