DOWNTOWN—Rapidly-expanding e-shop Nasty Gal just signed a big lease in DTLA. According to Apparel News, they sealed the deal on 50,300 square feet at the Pac Mutual Building at Pershing Square. Renovations on the space, which will house Nasty's office, "corporate functions" and contact center, will begin in the new year; the team expects to move in by the end of the summer. [CAN]

VENICE—Ooga Booga is throwing another party at its westside pop up inside Various Small Fires. This time, it's for the launch of the book COCO x Love With Stranger by Margaret Haines.
