Hollywood's hottest bodies are about to get even hotter. Following the exciting news that Flywheel is opening two locations in January and a test drive of the POUND fitness craze, a new state of the art CrossFit box has just landed on the corner of 9th and Hill in Downtown.
Boasting 4,000 square feet of high-intensity training, CrossFit 213 is considered "a high-end CrossFit that is a further example of the revitalization of DTLA," a rep explains. The studio features all brand new equipment, including a 24-foot double sided pull-up rig and competition bumper plates. It also offers three 47-inch televisions that connect to a program that enables members to individually track their workouts by recording weights used and repetitions completed.
To pump patrons up for the opening, CrossFit 213 is offering special pricing for the first 50 people to sign up. Or if you're looking for less of a commitment, pop in for a free one-hour intro class.
