Celeb Nutritionist Kimberly Snyder's Juice Bar Opens Next Week

Author of the best-selling book, The Beauty Detox Solution, Snyder is best known for creating the Glowing Green Smoothie (GGS), which is a mainstay on her clients' movie sets. After years of developing a cult-like following, next week the smiley brunette is set to unveil her first-ever organic smoothie and juice shop, Kimberly Snyder's Glow Bio, at 7473 Melrose Ave in WeHo.

In a detailed explanation on her blog, Snyder reveals that Glow Bio "isn't a 'build your own juice/smoothie/cleanse' type of shop. You don't have to think through what's best for your nutritional health. I have already done that for you." So, it's kind of like having your own celebrity nutritionist on-the-go. In addition to offering organic smoothies, probiotic-enhanced cold-pressed juices and healthy snacks, the shop will also feature a host of cleanse packages designed by Snyder. Stay tuned for the official launch date. Update: Glow Bio opens next Thursday, November 15th!
