Although the 7,000-square-foot 7th and Grand space that was covered in Guess ads this past summer will not turn into DTLA's first Guess store, it is turning into a French bistro with a rather fashionable name. The new eatery and bar will offer brunch, late-night dining, desserts, coffee, tea, wine and inventive cocktails. Sign us up. [BY; Previously]
