Another day, another blow-out salon—except this time, the owner is basically hairstyling royalty. EDEN by Eden Sassoon, which just opened its doors on Sunset Boulevard, is the brainchild of Vidal Sassoon's daughter. The salon offers shampoos and blowouts like its competitor DryBar across the street as well as other quick treatments like manicures, makeup application and eyebrow shaping. Customers can multitask with a three-for-one, 65-minute deal—hair, nails, makeup—for $65.
As Eden told Style.com, the idea wasn't to try to top her father's success but rather to keep his name alive. Also, she grew up in the business. "We're here to educate the new customer and reignite in others the original Sassoon that they fell in love with. And because I'm a Sassoon, [this is] not a fad."
