A Magic Castle movie is happening. The Hollywood Reporter reveals that a feature film based on the the famed private Hollywood magic club at 7001 W Franklin Ave is being developed by producer Ted Field (The Amityville Horror, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and is being set up at 20th Century Fox. Given that the club's most famous fan is actor Neil Patrick Harris, who also happens to be president of the Academy of Magical Arts (really), we wouldn't be surprised if he makes an appearance. [THR]
