ARCADIA—Forever 21 is opening a massive store at the Westfield Santa Anita and has all sorts of goodies planned for the big debut. The first 500 people in line for the opening at 10am this Saturday, November 3rd will receive gift cards and four will win outfits worth $150. The 117,000-square-foot store is a major upgrade from F21's previous mall shop and will be stocked with the retailer's men's and women's lines plus Forever 21 Girls, Love & Beauty cosmetics, lingerie and shoes.
