After spotting tons of creative costumes at Halloween parties this past weekend, we realized that stepping up our looks this Wednesday is very necessary. In a state of panic, we turned to our resident beauty guru Erica Davidson of Pretty Pleased, who's helped us with everything from flawless wedding makeup to a messy top bun, for some crunch-time suggestions. Naturally, she and Claire Thomas whipped up a fun and colorful spin on the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) skull face, which can be paired with a simple black top and floral hair accessories.

Beauty products and tools used in this video: Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in #3, Maybelline Eyestudio Color Tattoo 2-Hour Eyeshadow in Painted Purple (for circles around eyes), Inglot Matte Collection AMC Eyeliner Gel in #81 (for orange flower around circles), NARS eyeshadow in Daphne (for definition), Make Up For Ever Aqua Black waterproof cream eye shadow (for eyeliner), Ardell strip lashes and duo lash glue and Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes Matte black pencil liner (for all drawing on face).
