Video Interlude

Here's a five-minute video of Lauren Conrad talking about anything and everything. SF-based station KQED caught up with the former Hills star during a book signing in NorCal and asked her about past beauty faux pas (Gwen Stefani's bindi) and worst Halloween costumes (a ghost). They also asked her if she ever feels "imprisoned by the beauty paradigm." She definitely used to during her MTV days: "I used to live on a public street, so there were cars and photographers waiting outside of our house [...] There would be days that I'm like, I'm so hungry, I just want to go to Whole Foods down the street, but, like, I look crazy today! You'd be so bummed." [KQED]
