TMZ managed to chat with Christian Louboutin in LA. After deeming the legendary footwear designer as "Foot Jesus" the celebrity gossip site asked Louboutin how he came up with his signature red soles. Although he's probably shared this story exactly one billion times before, he patiently explained that when he received his first prototype he didn't like the black sole, so he painted over it with red nail polish. Of course TMZ's next question was, "Why red?" to which Louboutin responds, "Red exists for people who don't like colors." Oh really? [TMZ; Previously]
