Friends, family and Bravo TV crews mingled at Rachel Zoe's launch party for her "Major Must Haves" partnership with Jockey last night. Joining the party at the Sunset Tower Hotel were Anna Kendrick, Mandy Moore and a ravishing Jaime King in head-to-toe Christian Dior.
For her big night, Zoe (sporting a lace dress and accessories from her own line) brought along her husband Rodger Berman as well as her whole team to film for the upcoming season of The Rachel Zoe Project. Zoe was clearly excited about bringing a more style-conscious line to Jockey, even admitting to us, "when I met Rodger I was wearing Jockey—just saying!"
We asked her a bit about her new HQ on Melrose Avenue, which she loves, and said "never say never" about a flagship in the area. Besides her new underwear and shapewear line, Zoe listed chunky knit sweaters, body conscious dresses and mini-skirts as some of her fall "must-have" pieces.
As for King, the Hart of Dixie star loves oversized jackets for fall, deep purples like the Dior skirt she wore to the party, and pink hues à la the designs of Jil Sander and Raf Simons. She also checked Prada's fall collection as one of her favorites and spoke to us briefly about her "really fun" celeb-studded Halloween Horror Night at Universal Studios.
As for actual Halloween, King already has plans for the big day and revealed that she'll be sporting a panda bear costume, her husband Kyle Newman will dress up as a regular bear and Topher Grace will join them as a dinosaur. Her new BFF Lana Del Rey will unfortunately be out of town on tour. "I'm going to try not to cry," she added.
