An Orange County woman was arrested earlier this week for ordering a Louis Vuitton purse online with a stolen credit card, then lurking outside the victim's home to pick up the package when it was delivered. Judy Nguyen was arrested when she grabbed the box; when authorities searched her home they found "more than $6,000 worth of new, high-end designer shoes and handbags" all purchased with stolen credit card info.
