Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

WEST LA—Tomorrow's Toki Doki sample sale doesn't start until 8am, but we predict the diehards are already starting to line up. Save up to 75% on toys, clothing, handbags, jewelry, and tons of other cuteness. The sale goes until 6pm. Cash only. 5655 W. Adams Blvd. [Bargains LA]

ECHO PARK, HOLLYWOOD: Don't fret about Sunset Junction being canceled; many of the acts rebooked at venues in the neighborhood. Like the Black Apples, who'll play E.P.I.C. (1712 West Sunset Blvd.) on Sunday. And if you're a fan of the raunchy antics of Peaches, you will want to get on her show at Freak City -- promoters are promising she's going to go way above and beyond whatever DJ set she was supposed to do at Sunset Junction -- tix are available beforehand, so get 'em while you can. Sunday at 9pm till late, late, late. 6363 Hollywood Blvd. [LA Weekly]

HOLLYWOOD—Closing time for the excellent Art & Leisure popup at Space 15 Twenty can only mean one thing: a big party. Saturday night, besides perusing whatever remains of the really awesome merchandise that includes bits from Proenza Schouler, Pamela Love, Cynthia Rowley, Obesity and Speed, Sophomore, and dozens more, you can rock out to tunes spun by DJs like Binki Shapiro?and there's an appearance by a band fronted by Samaire Armstrong, who has been in a ton of TV and movies, but we remember her best as the sometimes-love interest of Seth on The O.C. Fab! The party is Saturday night, at 7pm. 1520 Ivar [Racked Inbox]
