We all like to save money where we can, and one thing we hate about online shopping is the shipping costs. However, depending on gas prices and mileage, it might actually be cheaper to pay for shipping rather than drive to the store yourself. Math is hard and all, but with all the traffic woes and high gas prices in LA, it might truly be cheaper to pay the $5 shipping instead of heading to the mall yourself. [Consumerist]
