Excess! You gotta love it. At a time when 20% of the nation's children are living in poverty, a $1.5 million (or more) wax figure of Kim Kardashian, complete with bejeweled wedding dress, was consigned for Madame Tussauds Hollywood. The monstrosity figure will be unveiled by Perez Hilton later today. The only thing about this press release that didn't make us want is hearing about the dress, which was designed by a Pierre Balmain apprentice.
