DOWNTOWN, YOUR COMPUTERThe Gap just launched an advertising and marketing campaign that has, as its central component, a series of videos that was shot at the 1969 Denim design space downtown (a couple of blocks from the Convention Center). At some TBD time, The Gap is unleashing taco trucks on the city of LA as another part of the campaign. We'll pass along the info when we get it; in the meantime, you can check the videos out here. CULVER CITYRoyal/T is hosting a nearly month-long popup from culty candy-inspired accessories line Onch Movement. The Perfecstasy popup will be stuffed with all kinds of limited edition merch, and there's a calendar of events that includes a party on Thursday, complete with a real live unicorn. (Sort of.)
