WEST 3RD—JewelMint is doing a surprise popup inside Satine -- one night only, July 29 (that's tonight). Goodies include a buy one, get one free offer, and the chance to get styled by Cher Coulter. It's from 4pm to 8pm, 8134 W. 3rd St. [Racked Inbox]

HOLLYWOODJunk Food Clothing is throwing a pretty ambitious art event and party: tonight at HVW8 Art + Design Gallery, they're presenting the work of Anthony Lister (you may have seen the superhero-themed promo posters splashed all over LA during the past three weeks). Besides Listers's art, the event will showcase a Lister-painted ice cream truck that's going to serve as a mobile popup for Junk Food Clothing. Whoa, conceptually, there's a lot going on, but it all sounds fun! There's an opening reception tonight, starting at 8pm. It's at 661 N. Spaulding Ave. [Racked Inbox]

GLENDALE—It's really happening: the Apple store across the street from the Apple store is opening tomorrow. The Americana at Brand is going to be the proud new owner of what's being called the "first true 'Apple Store 2.0". Highlights include a 50-seat Genius Bar, and a gleaming, shiny 7,000 square foot showroom. Opens Saturday at 10am. [Curbed LA]

SILVER LAKE—This Saturday, Telltale Hearts is hosting an affair to remember: drop by from 5pm to 10pm to enjoy drinks, music, a photobooth, and a nice selection of some of the prettiest vintage in Los Angeles. They'll also vintage for the menfolk, courtesy of October 18th and Crystallized Vintage. 1837 Hyperion [Racked Inbox]
