American Apparel Settles Discrimination Lawsuit

So remember that American Apparel lawsuit? No, not the sex one. The one where they were being sued by an African American man over discrimination (racial slurs used by an employees supervisor). Not only was the n-word used, but the company apparently never bothered to discipline the individual who used it until the litigation started. Now the company is out $300,000 in damages, although said slurring supervisor has received several bonuses and continues to work for American Apparel. Good thing they're not in financial trouble...oh, wait. Somebody needs to make a gameboard for American Apparel Shitstorm Bingo. [Styleite]
