Ok, TOMS is awesome, but we were hoping the announcement would be extra-dramatic, like they'd manufacture cars or women's clothing or something. But the big whoop is that they're expanding into eyewear, which is the perfect complement to their "one-for-one" mission -- though it's not a straight "you buy glasses, we give someone else glasses" deal. Rather, the purchase of a pair (which retail from $135 to $145 a pair) will benefit help provide some kind of eye treatment to the neediest in Nepal, Tibet, and Cambodia. Awww! [Racked NTL]
