Space 15 Twenty's loss is LA Brea's gain: vintage faves What Goes Around Comes Around picked up stakes and just opened their new shop across the street(ish) from American Rag. The new space is gleaming, pretty and spacious; in retrospect, it makes the old space seem like they were just biding time until something great opened up.

WGACA may have always had this much stuff, but they're able to properly display all of it, in all its vintage glory: everything from denim, 60s hippie dresses, old nudie mags, and a stellar collection of Chanel and designer jewelry.

This bodes well for the neighborhood: for the last year and a half, we've been hearing noise that there was a herculean effort underway to turn this stretch into a legitimate retail destination, a la the Melrose days of yore. And with Case Study's imminent departure, it looks like WGACA got there just in the nick of time.
