WEST HOLLYWOOD—It's a pricey ticket for a good cause: $150 gets you on board the Beauty Bus, part mobile makeover machine, part fundraiser for a foundation dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for terminally or chronically ill people and their caregivers with free in-home beauty treatments.
