To generate some heat for Tuesday's DVD release, The Grove hosted a very elaborate Black Swan event. No, there were no Rodarte costumes, no Natalie Portman or Mila Kunis, but there were plenty of tutus and legwarmers -- and that was just what a few really really enthusiastic fans wore out. The Grove recreated a giant music box that served as a stage for a procession of actual ballerinas. Since it is LA, there was a certain perfunctory level of nonchalance, and most of the shoppers and mall-dwellers were like, "Mehhhh." But the little kids were eating it up.
