Hey, Angelenos, ever hear of something called an umbrella? We kid, but there was a lot of initial whining about the weather last weekend when Laena Geronimo and her new project Raw Geronimo rocked out at The Mandrake Bar, for Popomomo's (sort of) anti-fashion week party. The band was all dolled up in Popomomo finery (even the dudes). What a great alternative to a runway show, especially since the photographic work of Job Piston was showcased at the event. Some serious rock and roll (and stiff booze) helped warm the crowd -- and check the pictures, there were a few brave souls who came out in party dresses.
