When British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood set up shop in Los Angeles earlier this year, we knew that the queen of avant-garde fashion would have some Hollywood-esque tricks up her sleeve. After all, there's no better place to flaunt her red carpet-worthy gowns at than the home of awards show season.

We stopped by her showroom yesterday for an intimate unveiling of her brand new Red Carpet Capsule Collection, which is chock-full of to-die-for couture. While the range was definitely filled with the designer's signature innovative aesthetic, it seems that she toned the looks down a bit to appeal to more than just the Helena Bonham Carters of the world—and we're digging it. Photography was semi-prohibited, but we managed to snap a shot of this fantastic crimson number, which was inspired by a young Queen Elizabeth. Watch this space for more reveals!
