If you're less than impressed by some of the holiday swag you received this year, KABC-TV has put together a quick video on how to make the gift return process as stress-free as possible. Some no-brainers include having a receipt and making sure all packaging and tags are intact, which is neglected by the majority of shoppers (and causes all those annoying long lines that we have to wait in while they argue with the cashier).
