MID-WILSHIRE—Our friends at PopSugar just posted a preview of the gorgeous Rodarte dresses that will be on display at LACMA come December 17th. The installation, titled "Rodarte: Fra Angelico Collection," is composed of ten couture gowns "inspired by frescos painted by the Italian renaissance artist." [PopSugar]
VENICE—Beginning this week, shoppers can bring gently used T-shirts to Alternative Apparel for a discount on purchases (each tee garners you 15% off; shoppers are limited to two per visit and can also bring other clothes to donate). All clothing collected will go to local charity Upward Bound House. [Racked Inbox]
ONLINE—LA designer we really like, Clare Vivier, has teamed up with a fashion start-up we really like, Of a Kind, for a limited-edition hostess gift we really really like. It's a set of wine glass charms made of four strips of different colored leather for $20. So about the cost of our standard hostess gift, a nice-ish bottle of wine. [Online]
