Katy Perry hit The Grove in L.A. yesterday to launch her new fragrance and wore a pink and black satin Moschino dress with Valentino heels. Her sophomore scent is called Meow!, which is a follow-up to Purr, and is available exclusively at Nordstrom stores nationwide. [Celebuzz]
