ONLINE—Drybar founder Alli Webb decided to forgo hard-copy holiday cards this year (too wasteful) and instead created this cute video to send to clients. In it, Webb conducts the "Drybar Carolers," aka her stylists, in a unique rendition of "We Wish You a Merry Christmas." Everyone's hair in the clip is, of course, perfectly blown-out.
