Major Barneys Pre-Sale Underway

Barneys is gearing up for a big sale December 1st, but savvy shoppers are hitting the store right now to pre-sale their selections. If you've never done a pre-sale, here's how it works. Bring your finds to a sale associate, who can look up how much each item will be discounted once the sale starts (according to our sources, most of the store will be 40% off). They'll take what you want to purchase, plus your name and credit card info. The morning of the sale they'll ring you up, then you can stop by anytime after to pick up your bags.

Among the labels that will be marked down are Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Helmut Lang and Acne. Head over to The Grove or Beverly Hills now if you want to get in on the action as this weekend is bound to be nutty.
