Makeup&GO! opened a satellite/popup to meet the needs of hurried, harried showbiz types during the award season. The idea is that you can drop in and get beautified all in one place -- without having to worry that some annoying salesperson is going to try to metaphorically cram product down your throat. They've created a low-profile, relaxed primping emporium.
The salon uses makeup lines that include Tarte, Smashbox and Temptu; the menu includes cleaning and makeup application for $35, a glammed-out evening look for $60, a la carte airbrushing for $20 per body part, or a makeup and tutorial session for $125. Blowout prices start at $35.
Though the idea is just to be around for the duration of the awards season, it's entirely possibly that Makeup&GO! will put down some roots. Their West Hollywood location will open its doors on Wednesday, and of course, their original location on San Vicente, is still going strong.
