Just when you think a company owner has screwed himself for the last time and is about to take a huge mouthful of humble pie, some white knight swoops in to make it all better. This time, Rock & Republic has been saved from turning into a mere memory by Bluestar Alliance, the company that owns Liz Lange. The New York-based business has agreed to fork over more than $60 million AND let controversial owner Michael Ball stay in charge. Some people just have all the luck, huh? [NYP]
