British Invasion: Lipsy Lands in Bloomingdale's

So you've read about what really happens in so many gifting and styling suites. It's not pretty. But we went to one about two months ago that gave us a preview of lines that would soon be in the US stores, and that was pretty. Especially the UK import Lipsy. We were recently at the Bev Center Bloomingdale's, and they were just putting the full collection out. Naturally, we had to inspect.

Make no mistake, Lipsy is here to party. The line includes many, many festive frocks. Starting around $80, the prices points on the dresses are a tad higher than most fast-fashion, but the quality is also better, too. It's not haute couture, but it is a lot of fun.

Don't take our word for it; see it for yourself. The collection is in select Bloomie's, and the BevCenter location is having a Lipsy rollout party on Saturday, with a DJ and cupcakes?and a good excuse to buy a pretty dress and wear it, on the spot.
