Nordstrom just launched a completely revamped site today. And it takes a little getting used to. The most significant addition is The Conversation, which is part blog(s), part Facebook, part forum, part Polyvore. It's kinda fun (just mildly suspicious that many of the posts and comments originated from Seattle, Nordstrom's home town -- but it's a new thing, so we'll forgive them). Clearly, they're trying to engage users, keep people on the site for longer, build loyalty?and ultimately rack up more ca-CHING, but do you think it will work? [Nordstrom]
